Abstract
Exercise for strength and muscular endurance aimed at fitness should be characterized by movement forms that reproduce natural movement patterns. Beginning well from exercise of "muscle isolation", meaning movements that emphasize the work of specific muscles, there should be a program that then leads the person to translate the daily movements, labor, sports or recreation that is, the increase in strength achieved with the various methodologies proposed in the literature.
