Abstract
In this work, some considerations are made on renewable energy communities and in particular on the European policies and constitutional principles that constitute their legal foundation, as well as on the implementation discipline that allowed the initiation of the establishment of new CERs. The work also intends to delve into the topic of the possible legal form that these CERs can take, in relation to the essential requirements that distinguish them.
