Abstract
Emilio Bonomelli was at the service of the Holy See from 1930 to 1970 and he was the author of the restoration and the reconstruction of the Pontifical Villas at Castel Gandolfo as the summer residence of the Popes. The text also talks about his activities and it shows the importance of the archive of his family.
