Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Dictionaries list a rich linguistic and cultural heritage, of which fixed expressions are an example of great interest. In order to raise awareness among FLE teachers and learners about this linguistic and cultural subject, we examine the use of dictionaries for teaching/learning fixed expressions. After describing the treatment of expressions formed from the chapeau lexical unit in lexicographic resources with different objectives, we will detail the activities of a teaching sequence for FLE learners at level B1+.
