Abstract

The Author deals with the main issues about cyberbullying which in Europe was for the first time regulated by the Italian Law n. 71/2017. The essay focuses particularly on the question regarding parental liability that was omitted by the rules of the Law. From this perspective, the problem of the relation of this remedy with the ones specifically provided by the Law is treated. As far as liability is concerned, some remarks are dedicated to the question of non-pecuniary damages and to that of strict liability and in general the rational of parental liability.
