[Autom. eng. transl.] The pandemic originating from Covid - 19 that we are all experiencing has produced, from the very first moment, a push of many towards the cyber world. It is undeniable that this area became the most essential, attractive during the emergency and the consequent crisis both on the part of potential perpretators - normal in the economy of threat displacement and the exploitation of opportunities created by the crisis - and on the part of those who should study. the phenomenon is better delineated. A lot of attention, however, did not correspond to an in-depth study of fundamental aspects such as that of cyber resilience. For years, this writer has noted how the concept of resilience is continually abused, decontextualized and deprived of its real contribution and potential in the vast security sector. The contribution that the operational application of this concept in the context of crisis management, conflict resolution and wider decision-making can make is extraordinary for its ability to be plastic and adaptable, thus proposing its own external element. intrinsic characteristic, such as that of adaptability.
