Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume contains manuscript fragments that testify to 333 unpublished book units. The material, preserved in the State Archive of Cremona, is described from the palaeographic and content point of view and inserted in the cultural climate of Cremona and in general of northern Italy between the 10th and 15th centuries. There are liturgical manuscripts (Bibles, Books for the Office, Books for Mass), grammatical texts, classics, Church Fathers, medieval works, legal texts, medical texts, scientific texts, theological and philosophical works.
