Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Faced with uncertain and very dynamic scenarios, pedagogy considers the potential and limits of working contexts according to an integral ecology, understood as a promising and inclusive, generative and supportive gaze. At the heart of reality, and its changing interpretations, are people, the cultivation of talents and possibilities. Management values, methods and tools are called into question. Involving professionals in organizational projects implies participatory innovations, which represent unavoidable challenges. They require models of 'pedagogical design' with, for and in organisations. These are projects aimed at promoting the development of the people and communities that make up the working contexts thanks to governance skills to conceive and implement effective spaces, processes and operating methods for entrepreneurial prosperity and, at the same time, truly integrating the development of resources human. In the sign of human, personal and professional flourishing, to help pursue the common good.
