Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay offers a reading of the research data "New families between working time and educational commitments" with the focus on the business world and work culture. In particular, these three aspects emerge from the research: gender differences in work choices after the birth of children; need for greater flexibility in the world of work; importance of the relational dimension in the work context to favor conciliation. In addition to this, some conciliation measures are identified that allow the company to be configured as family friendly.
