Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The 2010 research of CSR Manager Network Italia wants to represent a new step in the study of the professional activity of the CSR manager. In particular, this year the focus was on activities related to the implementation of the principles of sustainability in the management of human resources. The research then deepened the existing collaboration between Human Resources Directors (HR managers) and the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR manager) for introducing sustainability among the objectives, processes and initiatives aimed at human resources.
