Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Educating for participation and through participation is not a simple slogan, but an intentional commitment towards the creation of educational paths that want to bring boys and girls back to the center of life contexts, protagonists together with adults in their own growth processes, capable of produce change. Childcare services (in the logic of the integrated 0-6 system) can give life to this form of participation, which makes people grow and produces culture, generating educating communities based on shared, co-built projects, born from the voice of all the protagonists. The volume arises from this challenge and the proposed reflections took shape starting from some questions: Why spread a culture of participation in educational services 0-6? What idea of a child do you want to promote through a participatory perspective? How to make it an element of quality of services? How to organize the educational context? What processes generate participation?
