Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay deals with the moral sense of work in a double framework: first of all ethical and philosophical, highlighting the characteristics of the struggle for the defense of the dignity of the person in the work context; in the second place, within a sociological framework, showing how education in the moral sense of work cannot be made on the basis of abstract principles, but must necessarily be measured against the contemporary transformations of the labor market, which impact on the very conception of the person and of the profession.
