Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The hypothesis of a resilience consolidated by sport has recently pushed researchers from various social, psychological, educational and neurological disciplines to explore with a closer look the resources of the so-called physical sciences to identify the most suitable accompaniment methods to meet the needs of the young people who live in particularly critical contexts and to help them grow and build a healthy and balanced personality. With these aims, the recreational-sporting activities cannot be understood as mere training or pastimes, but as formidable development opportunities that involve the individual in his psychic and personality aspects, in behavior and in relational experiences.
