Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The extensive study deals with inserting the phenomenon of corruption, with particular regard to Italian society, in a cultural as well as legal context. The question of the importance of the various, multiple international treaties on the subject is then considered specifically, assessing the variety of situations of adaptation on the part of the Italian legal system and in particular envisaging its shortcomings.
