[Autom. eng. transl.] The book is an innovative tool for evaluating and innovating strategy of multi-business companies (Corporate Strategy), usable as much by manager as well as by students at various levels (Master's Degree, MBA, etc.). In the first part, a new business analysis model is presented multibusiness, the Corporate Strategy Hourglass, and adopts a concept of value that goes beyond the mere economic dimension, to also include the socio-environmental one, in line with the new trends in sustainability. The second part is dedicated to refining the ability to analyze and evaluate critique of CS, reviewing each variable of the Hourglass. There finally, the third part provides an overview of the transformation actions of the strategy of the multi-business enterprise, also addressing the main problems that meet in the implementation phase. The book is also innovative from the point of view of the editorial concept.
