Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article, starting from some characteristics of the working contexts, highlights that the challenge of conciliation today is more complex than in the past. Specifically, new technologies and the development of mobile devices have introduced a new trend: work-life blending, fusion, a mixture of working life and private life. In this scenario, how can work organizations promote work life balance? To answer this question, the perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Family Responsibility is taken, highlighting some possible conciliation measures. In addition, a case analysis is presented at a family friendly company.
