Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Known events of recent years relating to crimes committed in the context of business activities, from which serious events have arisen against the health, against the life and safety of people or financial collapses that have also involved savers, have recalled the attention to the role that top management can play in the causation of these facts within the corporate structure, when these subjects present some peculiarities from the personality point of view. These are personological characteristics of white-collar crimes that must be studied, especially if we consider that the internal prevention of crimes is entrusted primarily to compliance programs.
