Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] With the law 205/2017, the qualification of pedagogist is attributed following the release of the master's degree in qualifying classes (LM-50, LM-57, LM-85, LM-93). It offers access to top positions in profit, non profit, for benefit and public administrations. With adequate experience in the field, the pedagogist can assume the role of coordinator, manager, manager, distinguishing himself for the 7th level of professional qualification according to the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning (European Union, 2008). The volume hypothesizes that it is possible to identify a specific and unifying trait that connotes the work of the pedagogist in the different areas in which it operates: it is the care of relationships and the accompaniment of educational and training professions. Pedagogical planning, in an intentional and conscious way, is care of human relationships, of material and spiritual resources of people, of environmental and technological contexts, of the political and economic development of communities. Pedagogical coordination consists first of all in accompanying the educational and training professions, which are aimed at building fair and supportive societies, between ambiguities and contradictions for all to see.
