Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Together with the art. 346-bis of the Italian Criminal Code - and not knowing the aggravating circumstance referred to in the new paragraph 2 of art. 316-ter of the Italian Criminal Code - art. 322-bis of the Criminal Code represents the other incriminating case which has its physiognomy engraved by law no. 3/2019. The contribution intends to examine the salient aspects issued by the reform on the crime of international corruption, highlighting the unresolved critical issues, which make it difficult to predict a greater application of a law so far stingy with jurisprudential findings.
