Research output: Book/ReportBook

Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The book intends to provide a combined reading of the economic and legal aspects of the Network Contract instrument, highlighting the strategic role it can play in supporting the development of small and medium-sized businesses in our country. To this end, the authors make use of empirical research conducted by themselves aimed at deepening, through direct interviews, ten cases of networks between different companies by type of sector of reference, size of the companies involved, horizontal and vertical nature of the relations between companies, regional concentration or interregionality. Thanks to the empirical analysis aimed at capturing the network processes in detail, the book illustrates the dynamics that characterize the network structures, the value inherent in them, the related problems. The aim of the book is to enhance the Network Contract as a flexible tool to support and nurture the development and competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized Italian companies. The book is therefore aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and professionals who, in addition to wanting to know the characteristics of the instrument, want above all to evaluate their potential applications.
