Abstract
The article represents the legislation observatory of the n. 2 of the Review. One of the most important piece of legislation commented is the Legislative Decree n. 23/2015 on the contract with growing protection: it contains a new regulation for unfair dismissals, which is applicable to all the newly hired employees instead of Sect. 18 of the Workers' Statute.
