Abstract

Balanced Scorecard are a fundamental tool for strategic planning. They are usually implemented by means of averages computed over the socalled key performance indicators (KPI). We consider the evolution of Balanced Scorecards models and present a version basing on Structural Equation Models with Latent Variables.
