Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The order of 26 July 2017 of the Court of Rome (which questioned the constitutional legitimacy of the so-called Jobs Act, or rather of Article 3 and other provisions of Legislative Decree No. 23 of 2015) raises some concerns procedural concerning the object and the petitum of the question, as well as the type of manipulative intervention required. A brief summary is given, as a contribution to a discussion that is already rich in merit topics.
