Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Meeting on the theme "The difficulties of emerging economies: the case of Argentina", organized by the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei, Rome, 17 April 2002, where the author opens the convego with an Introduction (pp611-617) describing the situation in general of Argentina. In the Concluding Considerations of the Convention he proposes an articulated alternative that is radical but far-sighted to solve the problem of the Argentine debt at the origin.
