Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The monograph focuses on the institution of the land register, governed by the r.d. March 28, 1929, n. 499 and the attached land registry law. In particular, it is proposed to bring out the multifunctional opening of publicity, that is to have developed, alongside the constitutive advertising that underpins the institutional function of the land register, also advertising in a booking and opposition function, thus preparing a system capable of responding to the needs of a complex juridical-economic circulation. In order to carry out the investigation in a methodologically correct way, the sequence of rights transfer provided for in the table is studied, especially in relation to the derivation models represented by Austrian and German law. The research also demonstrates the importance - historical and current - of the table to guide the developments of transcription advertising.
