Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Examining the emulative relationship of Ov. Epistar. 20-21, elegies relating to the story of Aconzio and Cidippe, with Catull. 65, 15-24, it is hypothesized that the text contains both the rereading of the callimacheo model contained in the third book of the Aitia, on the basis of structural relationships and, in particular, of linguistic artifices, such as the use of the adjective «conscius », The Ovidian revival of the clause of the catullycan pentameter (« ore rubor ») and the phonic effects created.
