Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This contribution has a dual purpose. First, to draw an overall picture - necessarily synthetic - of the role of digital media in training and educational practices in contemporary schools, taking into consideration also some proposals of the vast and articulated field of e-learning. Secondly, summarize and reflect on the proposals and directives in the field of food education in the school that come directly from the Ministry of Education, University and Research with particular reference to the use of information technology in the implementation of such projects. In this regard it will be interesting to briefly analyze the installation and operation of some online communication platforms prepared to support the proposals of the Ministry and those supporting the "Are you eat?" Project promoted by the PiaceCiboSano association, noting its potential, in part still unexpressed.
