Abstract

The congenital aortico-cameral communication is a rare condition and only a few reports can be found in literature. Aorto-right atrial communications could result both from congenital and from acquired conditions such as bacterial endocarditis, paravalvular abscess, ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm or aortic dissection. In this article, we describe a rare congenital case in an adult patient.
