Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work examined the sentence of March 24th 2016 n. 63 with which the Constitutional Court has terminated a trial primarily on appeal by the Government, concerning the Lombard law on the planning of equipment for religious services. The Court admits the possibility of a differentiated treatment between the different religious confessions, provided however that the exercise of the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution is not at stake and also bearing in mind that the principle of equal liberty before the law referred to in art . 8, co. 1, Constitution, applies to all religious denominations, regardless of whether they have reached an agreement with the State.
