Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the case of contributions in kind, with the new art. 2343 ter of the civil code, Spa conferencing companies can in some cases avoid the appointment of the expert by the Court. The recent legislative interventions have clarified, favoring a business approach, the misunderstanding between "fair value" and "fair value", overcoming the first notary interpretations of the law.
