Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] A recent and innovative decision by the Court of Milan states that the regulation of unfair competition also applies to liberal professions. The article examines the arguments of the Court and approves them, highlighting however that the typologies of unfair competition between companies cannot automatically apply to the liberal professions.
