Abstract
The work studies Francesco di Bartolo Bentaccordi's zibaldone as an instrument for gathering its possessor's personal knowledge; it also shows the most important links with the biographical experience of his author and analyses the usefulness of this corpus of knowledge for Bentaccordi.
