Abstract
This volume aims to deepen the decision-making processes related to sustainability in unlisted companies that, free from the constraints and stringent expectations that derive from the listing, enjoy greater flexibility in defining their models and decision-making processes. Starting from an analysis of the literature on inclusive governance of the social and economic expectations of stakeholders, the text offers an overview of the different decision-making models for sustainability, identifying their dynamics and processes, and describing the main actors involved and the way in which they interact. The book provides managers and professionals involved in sustainability integration paths with conceptual tools and practical examples useful to guide the transition.
