The scope of these issues is such as to understand that the relationship between the two life contexts cannot be considered an individual problem, of the single worker, but is instead connoted as a challenge for the whole of society. This challenge turns out to be particularly complex as the two terms referred to, family and work, are dynamic, constantly changing realities and, therefore, the strategies and solutions adopted are quickly questioned
