Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Within the overall disciplinary panorama, concerning the relationship between family and work, it is possible to find a body of studies that is certainly rich, yet highly fragmented and not yet consolidated in a unitary and shared knowledge. fundamental point: the conceptualization of the family-work relationship as a relationship between two distinct, conflicting or otherwise unreliable spheres due to the inherent and characteristic differences of each of them. It is therefore necessary to take a perspective that leads to overcoming this dichotomous vision: the relational perspective, which we will outline in this contribution
