Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution considers the existing asymmetry in the relationship between family and work in the European and Italian context. To overcome the imbalance between these two areas so important in the life of the person it is necessary to overcome the culture of individual rights and implement family-friendly corporate welfare initiatives.
