Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] At the socio-experiential level the notion of "community" stands between two dimensions: identity and the legal sphere. In this sense, a look at the Western tradition allows us to identify the presence of some 'community figures' (such as the "rooted community" and the "uprooted community" and "imagined") as well as, to trace some constituent elements of the community dimension (especially in relation to otherness and the legal sphere). Hence the possibility of sketching some models of the 'right-community' relationship, as well as tracing the scenarios (present and future) with which the community sphere will be called to measure itself, dialectically marked by dynamics of "recomunitarization" and of the contemporary and eventual (definitive?) exceeding the community figure.
