Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The modern enterprise cannot be understood through the analysis of what is inside it, but only starting from the spatiality of the relations it produces and in which it is placed (Bathelt 2006). The development of new businesses requires them to pay particular attention in order to identify the main stakeholders with which to activate business relationships and involve them in the process of creating value. In this context, a leading role is assumed by the incubators that are orienting the business model towards offering value-added services by presenting themselves as knowledge intermediaries and providers of relational spaces.
