[Autom. eng. transl.] Talking about communication in sport is quite a difficult undertaking, but absolutely necessary if you want to contribute to the development of a sport capable of educating and extracting from everyone the resources necessary for their psychophysical growth. Communicating effectively with athletes and colleagues leads to overcoming many of the relational difficulties that underlie not only misunderstanding and malaise, but also poor performance. The quality of the relationship with others greatly affects the value we give to ourselves and to others and therefore on practically all the activities that are done together. If we then think about the impact of the psychic state on perception and concentration, we can well understand how important this is in sport: how many times have we seen athletes of great value fail at the last moment in a competition, a target shooting, a penalty kick? So here is the proposal to think together on this issue and some useful strategies. The first part focuses on communication / relationship in competitive activities, the second in sport experienced in a broader way, as an activity that includes play, personal development and education for sociability.
