Abstract

In this paper, we compute the first eigenpair for variable exponent\r\neigenvalue problems. We compare the homogeneous definition of\r\nfirst eigenvalue with previous nonhomogeneous notions in the literature.\r\nWe also highlight the symmetry-breaking phenomena
