Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Teaching, learning and relationships are closely interconnected, or perhaps it makes the term tangled: yes because the teacher, as Pati (1984) remembers, «performs the function of knowledge mediator, providing unity of experiences. By virtue of his position as a model of learning, he guides the pupil to interact with the cultural message [...] ». To make this happen effectively it is necessary to set up a relationship marked by reciprocity, calling into question a series of relational skills of the teacher. Enrica Ena, whom we interviewed, helps us understand which ones.
