Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment concerns the art. 55 TU expropriations, which reproduces the art. 5-bis, paragraph 7 ° -bis, d.-l. 11 July 1992, n. 333 (converted into Law 8 August 1992, No. 359); with respect to art. 43 you represent the transitional provision on the use of untitled assets. Temporarily, a peculiar and less favorable regime than that introduced by art. 43 TU expropriation
