Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The obligation of parents to compete with each other for the maintenance of children according to the rules of art. 148 cc does not cease ipso facto with the coming of age, but lasts until proof of economic independence is obtained. The provisions concerning minors are fully applied to adult children with severe handicaps.
