Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The text proposes a systematic and problematic reconstruction - not merely a compilation one - on the subject, principally, of the subjective element of the crime, the principle of guilt and error (articles 42-48 of the Criminal Code), taking into account the doctrine and jurisprudence.
