Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] We analyze the protection of public employees who abuse signals, contained in art. 54 bis d. lgs. n. 165 of 2001 (as replaced by art.1 d. Lgs. N. 179 of 2017). The protection of the so-called whistleblower, as a tool to strengthen the lot of corruption, is known on a comparative level. Internal regulations constitute implementation of international obligations. The authors analyze, at the same time, the protection of the wistleblower from civil and criminal provisions regarding the protection of office, business, professional, scientific and industrial secrecy contained in art. 3 d. lgs. n. 179 of 2017.
