Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper proposes a critical reconstruction of the interpretative and applicative problems of the discipline of crimes against sexual freedom, in the light of doctrinal elaboration and of the most recent jurisprudential developments on the subject. Particular attention is dedicated to the reform interventions that, also in compliance with international conventions, intend to provide special forms of protection in favor of subjects in conditions of particular vulnerability such as minors.
