Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The judgments of the regional administrative courts pronounced in compliance are appealable only when they dispose aberrant measures and when they rule on the regularity of the rite followed, on the conditions of the action, or on the validity of the appeal. For the purposes of the admissibility of the judgment of compliance, it is not the type of conduct (active or omissive) held by the administration, nor the bound or discretionary nature of the administration's activity, but the non-compliance with a binding ruling of the judicial decision. .
