Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The non-assimilation of hospital ethics committees is highlighted, although they issue legally binding opinions on the implementation of experimental protocols, to the control bodies operating in institutions. The analogy of some decision-making profiles of the ethical committees is emphasized to those that characterize the judicial functions and if they derive considerations about the limits of the responsibility ascribable to their members.
