Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The first pandemic of the third millennium forces us to face an unprecedented situation that questions us deeply, posing ethical, social and legal dilemmas. How to judge what's going on? How can we try not to do injustices in the dramatic situation we are going through? Starting from the reflections of Hannah Arendt and from the example of the Righteous between the Nations and Humanity, we try to offer some food for thought starting from the example of those who, witness of the evil, have been able to exercise the right of judgment correctly when all around, they seemed to have lost it.
