Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution - which is part of the special issue "School at home. A year later" of the EAS Magazine - Being at School and taking up the contents of a Webinar of 30/04/2020 held by the writer - focuses on the topic of lesson management online, revolving around three key words: 1. Scenarios. Well before the health emergency forced to deeply restructure well-established teaching practices, various experiences had already been documented in Italy. We refer to non-standard teaching situations; 2. Variables. The four variables that the teacher-moderators engaged in the management of synchronous teaching and learning events must be able to govern are described. 3. Design. Operational indications are provided to take care of the lesson in all its phases. The contribution also integrates some tools of immediate use, useful for planning (check-list, example storyboard).
